[solidcore] is a high-intensity strength training studio built around controlled resistance and inner resilience. For the New Year campaign, Train for Life, we focused on redefining what it means to “train.” Rather than chasing perfection or performance, the campaign highlights how strength built in the studio carries into real life.
The art and design direction balance grit and polish, grounded in cinematic tones, authentic energy, and confident simplicity. Through the lense of two professional atheletes, the campaign invites people to see [solidcore] as more than a workout, but as training for life’s challenges, growth, and unexpected moments.
